YH Magazine Meets Pamela

This month YH Magazine talks with Pamela Cahill about her thoughts on Corporate America's Lunch Time!

Lunch has always been my favorite part of the work day. One hour of freedom, relaxation and food. What better way to spend an hour of your time? I can think of a few ways and working out is one of them. Everyone has fitness goals, even those with seemingly no time to accomplish them.

Many different activities and responsibilities go into the average person’s workday leaving most working people with precious little free time. There is a time we all have in common that can be used to exercise while allowing you to fulfill all of your other obligations - lunch time. Using your lunch break to fit in a quick workout is a great way to help keep you in shape. Why not take 30 minutes to an hour and devote it to making yourself healthier, stronger and feel better? Many people look at their lives and think, "When will I have the time to exercise?" Jobs, kids and chores always seem to pop up and prevent you from working out and reaching your fitness objectives.

By exercising in the middle of the day you can strike a balance between your work and fitness goals. All it takes is some pre-planning and dedication to doing the most you can with the time that you have. Use lunchtime workouts to get the job done!
